Membership
Membership is open to individual realtors through to developers and corporate houses.
Only members of the All India Realtors Association may call themselves an AIRA Certified Realtor.
The Association grants it, not a payment page. It carries a written code of conduct, and it can be withdrawn.
What it costs
₹500a year
That is the whole cost. There is no registration fee and nothing else to pay.
What changes when you join
- You can describe yourself by the Association's designation, which a client can check.
- You are bound by a written code of conduct, and you can say so.
- You can put the member seal on your listings, your cards and your office.
- You are on the roll of members, and the Association will confirm it to anyone who asks.
- You can send and receive client referrals through members in other states.
- You can attend the Academy and the Association's events as a member.
What members get
The Mark
Members may describe themselves by the Association's designation and display the member seal on their listings, cards and office.
Education
Training in documentation, RERA compliance, valuation, taxation and negotiation, taught by people who work in the trade.
Representation
One voice for the profession with regulators, developers and the press, and support for members on regulatory questions.
Standards
A written code of conduct every member signs, and a route for the public to raise a complaint against a member who breaks it.
Network
Referrals and introductions to members in other states, so a client moving city stays with a realtor you can vouch for.
Member support
A named office to call. Questions on paperwork, disputes, listings and membership answered by people, not a ticket queue.

Fill in the membership form with your details, a passport photograph and proof of identity. It takes a few minutes.
